Responsible Reshoring

ATS focuses on sustainability and resilience

ATS is bringing several production lines of masking products back to the Netherlands to strengthen its focus on sustainability. ‘Reshoring’ production lines reduces the CO2 emissions of the entire process from production to delivery. This is because the distance from producer to customer is significantly reduced.

More about ATS

What do we do?

Sustainable manufacturing

Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in our innovative approach to manufacturing. By using biodegradable materials, such as our Washi (rice paper) tape and recyclable packaging materials, we ensure that our products have minimal impact on the environment. This eco-friendly innovation sets us apart, allowing customers to make a conscious choice for a greener future.

A key unique selling point is our comprehensive recycling system. We have implemented a closed-loop approach that transforms waste into valuable resources, focusing on responsible consumption and sustainable waste disposal. This commitment to the principles of the circular economy distinguishes us as a company dedicated to minimizing environmental impact.

Responsible Reshoring

Our decision to reshoring demonstrates our responsibility to reduce the carbon emissions associated with environmentally friendly transportation. By bringing production closer to home, we not only support local economies but also contribute to a more sustainable supply chain. This responsible approach to reshoring positions us as a company committed to both quality and care for the environment.

The reason we chose reshoring is that we saw a limit to our sustainability efforts. For years we have been doing our best to produce and supply as sustainably as possible, but when a large part of our production lines are located overseas it is like mopping the proverbial water from the tap. Sustainability is, and will continue to be, the main motivation for reshoring our production lines.

Our masking tapes are as standard packaged in a tower pack, this is 6-9 products in one sealing. These are together put in a brown box with paper box packaging tape and are given a neutral box label. If you would like to have your product packaged differently, please look at our Private Label page for our options.

Does ATS check quality?

Supplying the same quality products is important to ATS. That’s exactly why we have our own laboratory in which we test the products comprehensively. This allows us to determine and ensure the quality.

Do you also make/supply printed tape?
