Description

The DFM270SA is a pre-taped PE film with premium rough Japanese washi tape. This dropfilm makes it easy to mask large areas fast. The HDPE foil is corona treated to make it statically charged. Because of the treatment the foil will stick to most surfaces like an second skin. An second benefit is that paint spills will adhere to the foil.
The Japanese washi tape is developed for rough and slightly damp surfaces. This in combination with an UV resistance of 16 weeks makes it perfect for outdoor use.
Standard sizes are: 550MM X 33M, 1100MM X 33M, 1400MM X 33M, 2100MM X 20M, 2700MM X 20M.

This is how it’s used

Dropfilm is masking film with pre-taped tape and is mainly used by plasterers and painters to quickly cover large surfaces. There are various types of tape for various applications; for example, the variant with Washi Tape is perfect for sharp paint lines. And this saves time.

All films are statically charged, which means that the film sticks to most surfaces and spilt paint also adheres to the film. The film is also folded in such a way that unfolding is very easy.
